We love the unique neckline on the chest, resembling a gorgeous seashell on the mermaid (YOU!), carefully fan out above and below seamlessly completed with a touch of pink satin waistband! :) The perfect twist to the perfect dress we feel, you know you can wear this to any event at all and still feel that you're dressed appropriately! :D
